- Marin: Cross Golden Gate Bridge, Take Lombard St. Follow Lombard to Van Ness Ave. Turn right onto Van Ness continue 14 blocks to Bush St. Turn left onto Bush, continue 14 blocks to Montgomery St. Turn right onto Montgomery continue one block to Sutter. Turn right onto Sutter. Hotel is in this block, continue to the end of the block on the left-hand side.191 Sutter.
- Oakland: Cross Bay Bridge, take first exit at the San Francisco ends, Fremont St. Continue on Fremont as it crosses Market St, The first street after Market will be Pine. Turn left onto Pine, continue to Montgomery St. Turn left onto Montgomery St. and continue to Sutter. Turn right onto Sutter. Hotel will be in this block on the left at the far end.
- San Francisco: Take 101 north to 80 east to 4th St.exit. Freeway ramp ends at 4th & Bryant. Take Bryant (one-way) to 3rd St.. Turn left onto 3rd and continue on 3rd until it crosses Market. (Best to stay in the middle lane). At this point 3rd becomes Kearny. The hotel will be two blocks up Kearny at Sutter. To get to the Hotel entrance you must continue one block to Bush, turn right and circle the block as Sutter is one way.

Perry's Downtown offers an informal, relaxed atmosphere, inspired by the original Perry's Restaurant on Union Street. This "Downtown Watering Hole" is inspired by a typical New York neighborhood saloon. The service is personalized, the bar is bustling and the food is traditional American served in ample portions.
